Return validity period
The validity period for returns is 7 natural days from the date of receipt of the product. Overdue returns will not be accepted.
Return conditions
The following conditions apply when returning collapsible bathtub products:
1) It must be returned within the 7 natural days return validity period.
2) The returned folding tub product was purchased from Hapunion.com.
3) The folding bathtub has no obvious damage or scratches.
Return process
Find the order you need to return on the orders details page, submit a return application, and we will help you process it within 1-2 business days.
To request a return, send the foldable tub to 241 Champions Wy, Davenport, Florida, 33837, Attn: Kandace Harvey.
Packaging the product: Pack the folding tub properly in the original box and return it with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).
Once shipped, please email your order number and courier information to [email protected].
Once we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $5 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Return shipping
If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the item is returned due to personal reasons, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
Exchange conditions
Exchange of foldable bathtub products must meet the following conditions:
1) Available only on folding tubs purchased at Hapunion.com.
2) The exchange validity period is 7 natural days from the date of receipt of the goods. Overdue replacement will not be accepted.
3) Replacement of the same product.

Exchange freight

Relisting fee

Refund
